Tahoe Specialty Flooring & Window Design, a Flooring America and Hunter Douglas Gallery Dealer, has an immediate opening for an ambitious, self-reliant Flooring & Window Covering Administrative and Sales Assistant. Come work with us in our Tahoe City showroom, where you’ll:

• Act as support to our sales team with the preparation of bids and job proposals.
• Assist clients in person and over the phone.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Complete product research.
• Assist with communication between clients and estimators/project managers.
• Data entry.
• Varied administrative duties.

Full Time – Monday through Friday

The successful candidate will be creative, energetic, organized and detail oriented. In addition, candidates will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while employing a polished and professional approach. Ideally, you will have demonstrated in your background:
